     Linda Karaberis is a self described “foodie.” That means she loves everything about food, including cooking, eating and shopping for it. She enjoys entertaining, teaching people how to cook, and trying new restaurants.

     Linda graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, receiving a degree in Food & Beverage Management.

     In this show from Linda's kitchen she invited Martin Tighe in for some extreme cooking. They talked about many of his athletic adventures as Martin just finished the Boston Marathon finishing in the top 100.

     Kara LaBelle is  an avid cook and baker, and her reputation around town has led her in the direction of a cooking show she host, called Kara’s Kitchen. 

     Kara has been baking for her kid’s classrooms, baseball teams and football teams for years, and has become friends with lots of families on the sidelines as a result.  While her son was in Long Island at a baseball tournament this summer, one mother suggested to Kara to do a cooking show because when Kara talks about preparing dinners or baking desserts, She make it seem easy. 

     So many women think there is a mystery to cooking and baking, so Kara decided to show them just how easy it is to prepare a healthy meal at home for busy families!  Kara's slogan is, “Stay Out of the Drive-Thru, and Get Back in the Kitchen!”
